Who runs this site

Black Crown Studio is an independent music project. There is no company behind it and no commercial entity collecting your data here. For any question about privacy, write to contact@bc-design.ro and you will reach us directly.

What this site collects

Almost nothing. This is a static website: there are no accounts, no logins, no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. Two things can still create data about your visit:

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical request data — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not read these logs to identify individual visitors.
• Analytics, and only if you accept. No analytics script loads until you press “Accept analytics” in the privacy dialog. If you press “Reject”, or simply ignore it, nothing is loaded and nothing about your visit is measured.

Your consent choice

Your answer to the privacy dialog is stored in your own browser, in local storage, under the key bc-consent. It never leaves your device and we never see it. To change your mind, press “Privacy settings” in the footer, or clear your browser data.

Embedded players

The music players on this site are served by Spotify, and the videos by YouTube through its no-cookie domain. When a player loads, or when you press play on a video, those services receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. We have no access to that data. Videos do not load anything from YouTube until you actually press play.

Links away from this site

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Linktree and the merch store take you to services we do not control, each with its own privacy policy. The merch store is operated by Fourthwall; any order you place there is handled entirely by them, including payment and delivery details. No payment ever passes through this website.

Web fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Because this site keeps no database and no mailing list, in practice there is usually nothing held about you at all — but you can always ask at the address above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
